Screening of salt stress in the overexpressed type of Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynh. for the identification of significant hub genes using a systems biology approach

Worldwide, it is known that abiotic and biotic stresses can affect the production of crops by a declining trend. To control situation, SnRK2 (a subfamily 2 SNF1-related protein kinase) overexpression levels induce salt tolerance. This study used dataset for types Arabidopsis thaliana including wild PtSnRK2.7 overexpressed in mock conditions to compare identify stress-responsive genes. A computational systems biology approach was employed differentially expressed genes determine their mechanisms terms molecular functionalities, cellular components, KEGG enrichment pathways plant ontology analyses. The results indicate 15 identified type against were upregulated (AT1G19180 AT2G23150 downregulated) related various environmental stresses. Furthermore, 8 out downregulated exposed stress rest upregulated. And, only gene found between AT4G15110. In contrast, other two AT1G15010 AT4G19430 involved transient inactivation chloroplast, respectively. Taken together, has been shown A. resist stress. Finally, more experimental studies methodologies are needed reveal confirm responsive thaliana.
